Marco Beach Ocean Resort Wedding
Megan and Sterling were married on a beautiful day in April. Their Marco Beach Ocean Resort Wedding included family and friends. We started with photos of Megan as she was getting ready with her bridesmaids and parents in her well appointed hotel room. Sterling was gathering with the guests and his family at the beach bar, just a short distance on the boardwalk from the ceremony site. After Sterling was photographed I walked back to the Garden Terrace on the fifth level. This nicely landscaped Terrace was freshly manicured and provided a great backdrop for pictures of Megan and her family. Then the guests were directed to their seats for the beach ceremony. Galina, the wedding director for Marco Beach Ocean Resort Weddings, kept everyone on time and schedule. Craig Christman provided music for the ceremony and later at the cocktail hour. After the ceremony we captured family pictures on the beach. The guests walked to the cocktail reception on the Full Terrace of the Sale de Pepe Restaurant. This well known restaurant is part of the hotel and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Marco Island Weddings
For over twenty years I have photographed weddings on this lovely island. So when sunset arrived, we were prepared and on the beach to catch the red/orange colors. After sunset, we all walked back to the Terrace where celebration toasts were offered by friends of Megan and Sterling. After the dinner reception, the guests were directed by Galina to the Gulf Ballroom for dancing to the music of Private Stock Affairs. Megan had her first dance with Sterling, then Megan danced with her Dad, while Sterling prepared for a dance with his Mom. Megan and Sterling cut their wedding cake and it was served as desert along with other wonderful sweets prepared by the Staff for this Marco Beach Ocean Resort wedding.
